# BNKR staking nearly reaches 25% of supply

*Bankr founder @0xDeployer reports that nearly 25% of BNKR token supply is staked, up from 15.4% in four days, before staking rewards began streaming.*

Bankr founder @0xDeployer posted on X on October 1, 2026, that almost 25% of the BNKR token supply was staked. This marked a rise from 15.4% four days earlier, on September 27, 2026, when he noted that rewards had not yet started streaming.

On September 26, 2026, the day Bankr opened early staking, he wrote that the company had already bought back seven figures of BNKR, queued to stream to stakers. Bankr's staking documentation states rewards are paid in BNKR and streamed weekly, with each week's batch released second by second over seven days. A staker's share depends on total weight staked, so a larger staked share dilutes each participant's cut. Weight grows from 1x to 2x over 365 days, accruing points at 00:00 UTC daily, capped at the size of the stake.
